Once you have your vacuum pumping equipment out, you will need to apply some baby oil or cream to the edge of the vacuum cylinder. Fit the vacuum domes over each of your breasts and press them against your skin, holding them in place using one arm placed over them like if you were covering your breasts. With you other hand, begin to actuate the vacuum pump, as air comes out of the breast domes, you feel your breast being sucked into the vacuum dome. You will feel the suction against your breasts as they are being pulled into the dome.

Once your breasts has filled the dome or partially filled it depending on how much pressure you are applying and the size of the dome compared to the size of your breasts. You can leave it for a while, if you feel like you are losing pressure, actuate the pump again and remove more air from the vacuum dome. Give that the chest is a large area, you will have more tendency of loosing vacuum pressure, so you will have to actuate the vacuum pump more often than any other type of vacuum pumping.

Vacuum pump your breasts according to the manufactures recommendations. After a while, you can remove the vacuum dome and you will notice that your breasts have some swelling caused by the vacuum pressure and your breasts feel larger. The extent of it will vary based on your pumping session and the vacuum pressure you applied.

Once you have achieved the desired amount of swelling and expansion, you can go ahead and sport a temporary larger chest. You can wear that favorite dress and see if it accentuates better with pumped up breasts.
